3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We sell and share your lead information with licensed roofing contractors. This is the core function of our marketplace. When you submit a request, your contact information, service need, and location are shared with up to 5 licensed contractors who serve your area. By submitting a form on our site, you consent to this sharing.

We may also share information with:

• Service providers: Analytics, payment processors, email platforms, and other vendors who operate under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal compliance: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.

4. TCPA Consent and Telephone Communications

This includes messages sent via automatic telephone dialing systems (ATDS) and prerecorded voice messages.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by calling us at (800) 766-3669.

We use TrustedForm by ActiveProspect to document your consent. A certificate is generated at the time of your form submission and is stored with your lead record for up to 5 years.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to:

• Maintain session state and preferences
• Analyze traffic via Google Analytics (GA4)
• Track advertising conversions via Google Tag Manager
• Enable pay-per-call tracking via Ringba
• Support TrustedForm certificate generation

6. Data Retention

Lead data (name, contact, service request) is retained for a minimum of 5 years to comply with TCPA documentation requirements and for dispute resolution purposes. Analytics and session data is retained for 26 months per Google Analytics defaults. Contact form submissions are retained for 2 years.
